  • The Care Links Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementation and direction of all aspects of this program that provides free supportive services to senior residents of Southern Saratoga County in efforts to help them maintain self-sufficiency. ** Please send cover letter and resume to Sue@captaincares.org.
