As one of the leading service providers in the Capital Region, CAPTAIN Community Human Services must continue to deliver the highest level of care for our clients and the community. Harnessing the combined power of multiple agencies and partners, and developing leadership within the field of social and human services work, better known as the Impact Sector, are crucial.

Objectives

  • The Community Engagement and Resource Center is designed to create space where people in need can access an entire continuum of services from crisis to self-sufficiency, not only from CAPTAIN CHS programs, but also those of key community partners.

  • Create shared work space for community partners to enhance the client experience and truly become a one stop shop for the community. Co-locate non-profit, governmental and private/ business partners for improved coordination and enhanced human service support access to better serve people and the community.

  • Create state-of-the-art community space and dividing conference room.

    Approximately 1,500 square feet of collaborative space, including three offices, six workstations, and a meeting room

  • Additional Training Rooms, Classrooms, and Meeting Areas
  • A Large Conference Room

    Available for meetings and community events

  • “Smart” Workspaces and Rooms

    Enhanced technology and mindful spaces

  • Innovation Collaborative Center

    Space for shared system transformation and improvement
