2019 Seasonal Program Information

Seasonal Assistance

CAPTAIN CHS offers a variety of Holiday and Seasonal Assistance Programs, including Coats for CAPTAIN, Thanksgiving Baskets, Adopt-a-Family and a Toy Shop.

Additional information Adopt-a-Family and Toy Shop will be posted in late October and early November.

To qualify for some of these programs, you must receive some form of public assistance, such as SNAP, HEAP, Medicaid, Medicare, or free or reduced school lunches, or, in certain cases, be referred by a partner organization or school.
