Help Fight Hunger This December! We’re excited to announce that CAPTAIN CHS has been selected as a beneficiary of the Hannaford Fight Hunger Bag Program for the entire month of December!
Here’s how it works: When you purchase a Fight Hunger Bag at the Hannaford store in Clifton Park during December, $1 will be donated to support our programs that fight hunger in our community.
