CAPTAIN Community Human Services hosts a variety of events and programs throughout the year. Annual fundraising events serve a vital role in raising essential funds for our programs and services, such as our Runaway and Homeless Youth Shelter, Homework Help at Cheryl's Lodge, family assistance programs, and our emergency food and hygiene pantry.
Events and benefits hosted by others on our behalf are other ways you can help make a difference. We are so grateful for the support of our community!

We are honored and excited to announce that we have been chosen to participate in a special charitable giving campaign sponsored and funded by Target. And you have the chance to help direct a portion of Target’s donation to us!

In meeting with our Care Receivers, one of the things that has been shared is how they would like the opportunity to get out of the house (not only for a doctor appointment) and have lunch or social time with others. Please join us!
We will be meeting at Ravenswood Pub in Clifton Park.
No one should go hungry. Join us for a Free Community Food Distribution on Friday, October 31st at Cheryl’s Lodge (25 Fern Lane, Halfmoon). From 9:30am to 11:30am, we’ll be sharing food with our neighbors until supplies run out.
