The Safe Harbour program offers case management and an enhanced array of services to youth who have been trafficked, sexually exploited, or at risk of victimization. Working with the Street Outreach team, case managers assist with critical emergency and long-term services, stable housing, advocacy, and other supports that can help them heal.
In Saratoga County, our Street Outreach and Safe Harbour teams work in partnership with the Saratoga County Department of Social Services and Saratoga Center for the Family. In Schenectady County, we work in partnership with the Schenectady County Department of Social Services and Safe Inc.

Saratoga Safe Harbour App
An app designed to help you identify and assist those who are being harmed by, or are in danger of being harmed by human trafficking, particularly sex trafficking of youth.
This app provides resources for advocates, organizations, agencies, and others who work with vulnerable or at-risk youth. The information is meant to be a guide to the resources available for youth and victims, how to help, what to look for, and where to turn when you suspect a youth is involved in a trafficking situation. It is specific to Saratoga County in New York State and some of the greater Capital Region.
