This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for you. Because of you, in 2019, we…

• Expanded our services for homeless youth and families into Fulton and Montgomery Counties.
• Began the process of opening ten supportive housing apartments for youth aging out of foster care in Saratoga Springs.
• Doubled the number of individuals and families who have found stable housing through our Solutions to End Homelessness Program.
• Provided over 1,000 rides for seniors to and from important medical appointments.

This is only a snapshot in time, and a small portion of what you’ve enabled us to achieve this year.
