About Us - Care Links

Care Links is staffed by the Program Manager, Terra Maddalone-Ristau, program assistants, and volunteers.

The program would not be possible without our amazing, dedicated volunteers.

Care Links volunteers provide over $205,000 in services and donate over $10,000 in transportation costs by utilizing their own vehicles and gas.

The Care Links program receives funding from the Saratoga County Department of Aging & Youth, the Towns of Ballston, Clifton Park, Halfmoon, and Malta, the New York State Office for the Aging, and participant and community contributions.  Various fundraising events are held to support the core operational needs of Care Links.
