CAPTAIN CHS Senior Services celebrates its' Care Links Volunteers and Senior Services Participants at the most exciting, social event of the year filled with fun and a great deal of love!   • General Admission - $55

    $55 per registrant. Register up to 6 attendees at one time.

  • Sponsor a Senior - $55

    Pay it forward by buying a ticket for a senior who cannot afford one! $55 per registrant.

  • Silver Screen Sponsor - $250

    Benefits of this sponsorship level include:

    Recognition in the event program (with logo)*
    Mention in the Care Connection Newsletter
    Two tickets to the event

    *Logos must be submitted via email to terra@captaincares.org no later August 10, 2026, to be placed in event collateral

  • Spotlight Sponsor - $500

    Benefits of this sponsorship level include:

    Recognition in the event program (with logo)*
    Mention in the Care Connection Newsletter
    Signage at the event to showcase your organization's support.
    Four tickets to the event.
