CAPTAIN Community Human Services is teaming up with Home Instead Charities during the Give65 Event to raise funds in support of the Care Links program for seniors in Southern Saratoga County!
Trained Care Links volunteers provide supportive services at no cost to persons 60+ to help to keep seniors living independently in their homes as long as possible without duplicating other, well-established services. Some of those services include friendly visiting, transportation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, and more.
This past year has been difficult for our older community members, but we’re hopeful with support from generous people like you, we can bring hope and healing to our older clients.
Please save the date for this year’s Give65 Event, July 13 – 16.
Not only will your Give65 gift help older adults right here in our community, but it has the chance to be matched up to $5,000. Home Instead Charities is providing $150,000 matching grants and every organization is eligible for up to $5,000.
Matching grants always go quickly, so we’re encouraging donors to give right when the event kicks off. This year, it starts at 9:00am.
We’ll send a follow-up email - sign up below if you're interested!
Give65, the signature program of Home Instead Charities, is the first and only online giving platform exclusively for charitable organizations serving aging adults. Give65 hopes to inspire people to come together and give in support of less fortunate older adults and the charitable organizations serving them. Donations of $10 or more are accepted and always appreciated. Matching grants and financial rewards inspire people to give and to give on a greater level, therefore having an even greater impact on older adults in the United States.
